Shipping

Currently, we only ship to the United States, charging a flat rate of $5 per order. Those in other countries who are interested in our products, please email support@athenium.games to express your interest.

MN Nonprofits

Minnesota nonprofits who would like to avoid paying sales tax, please email support@athenium.games and we will send you the instructions for doing so.

Returns

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the date your order was placed.

Athenium Games team reviews all return requests. Please allow 2 business days for confirmation.

Returned products must be unused/untouched and in original packaging.

Exchanges must be of equal value or less, if less, a refund will be issued for the remaining balance. Indicate exchange request using the return center form.

Refunds and exchanges will be processed once the return has been received.

All returns and sales must be completed as separate transactions.

You may cancel your order at any time until your order has shipped. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded until it is returned to Athenium Games. To cancel your order, email support@athenium.games.

Unopened and obviously damaged items may be replaced at no cost. Send a photo and description of the damage to support@athenium.games and our team will review it.

For opened items that are found to be defective, send a photo and description to support@athenium.games. We will review the issue and attempt to resolve it, if warranted.
